I have a problem

This problem happens in general following changes in the game setting upon different releases, for that you need to clear the cache of the app to make this perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Apps
  2. A list with apps installed on your device will be displayed.
  3. Find in the list the app you want to clear the cache of.
  4. Click on it
  5. Choose storage
  6. Click on clear data & clear cache
  7. Uninstall the app
  8. Reinstall it from google play again.

In order to remove ads, you need to buy the “Remove Ads package”, you can make it through an internal game purchase flow, that accessible from button clicking in the game, the purchase button can be found on the first/second scene page.

The purchasing flow is a process managed by google, the user needs to fill in his credit card information at Play Store app and after that, he can make purchases.

In order to keep our customers updated with our new releases and deliveries or games internal flow requests, we send push notifications to customers, for that we don’t recommend our customers disable notifications.

However, if you still want to disable these notifications, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Notifications
  2. At recently used list click at see all.
  3. Find the application you want to disable notifications.
  4. Use the switch off to control to disable notifications.

In order to save user progress, our games use the internal device storage and save the data there. While this data can be erased by the user, or by mistake or malicious access, in any case, this data is lost, and you list your progress, currently, we don’t support any method to return this data.

We are managing our games at the Play store for android and Apps store at IOS, and the store manages the process of downloading games and installing them locally. 

In case an app couldn’t be downloaded, verify you have enough free storage space to download it, if you have no enough storage, you need to increase your device storage or delete unused data from your storage to increase free storage space.

In case you have enough free space and still can’t download it, 

please contact our support team.

In general, the game updates automatically through a nightly process executed at your device, if you think this not working and you still want to manually update the game perform the following steps:

  1. Go to your apps store.
  2. Navigate to the app you want to update.
  3. You should find the update button there if there is a release newer than the one you have.
  4. Press the update button to update the game.

Go to Play Store and search the word “KiDEO”, and there you can find all our available games.

Or you can go to  kideo.tech/games, you will find all our KiDEO apps, click the app you want to download, and its download page at the app store will open.

The in-app purchase process is an infrastructure flow managed by google/apple. In any case, you need to fill in your credit card details at your apps store, and once details are confirmed, purchases can be made.

Send your refund request to our support team by explaining why you want to refund and we will refund you.
